Flex Tokens are used only to earn credits in Flex Mode:

• 1 Flex Token = 1 CPE/CPD credit hour.
• Once you’ve used your included tokens, you can purchase additional tokens to continue earning credits in Flex Mode.
• Unused Flex Tokens expire at the end of your annual subscription period.

Your NASBA Mode access remains unlimited throughout your annual subscription, even after you’ve used all your Flex Tokens.

Yes. EverCPE.com plans are annual individual subscriptions. Each plan renews annually unless you cancel before your renewal date.

Yes. Your plan renews automatically each year at the applicable annual price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your EverCPE.com account settings before the renewal date.

To cancel, log into your account, then go to "Manage Account", and select "Close Your Account".

After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid subscription term. You will not be charged for the next annual term unless you reactivate your subscription or purchase additional learning tokens.

No. Unused Flex Tokens do not roll over after your current annual subscription term ends.

Use your available tokens before your subscription expiration date. Any unused tokens expire at the end of the applicable subscription term and cannot be used for future learning sessions.

Certificates already issued for eligible completed learning remain available in your account.

Yes. You can purchase additional Flex Tokens at any time. In order to allow you more time to use your additional tokens, purchasing additional tokens resets your annual subscription term. Your new annual term begins on the date of the additional-token purchase, and your available tokens—including any unused tokens already in your account and the newly purchased tokens—remain available through the new expiration date.

For example: You purchase the Professional Plan on January 1, 20X7, which includes 20 tokens and expires on January 1, 20X8. On October 1, 20X7, you have 3 unused tokens and purchase 20 additional tokens. Your subscription is reset on October 1, 20X7. You now have 23 available tokens, and they remain available until October 1, 20X8, unless you purchase additional tokens again or otherwise change your subscription.

The price, number of tokens, and new renewal terms for any additional-token purchase will be shown before you complete that purchase.

The 24-Hour Trial Pass gives you 24 hours of access to EverCPE.com for a one-time $2 payment.

During the 24-hour trial, you can:

• Explore the EverCPE.com learning experience
• Use both NASBA Mode and Flex Mode
• Start eligible learning sessions
• Complete up to 2.0 CPE/CPD credits. Note that certificates of completion will NOT be available for download during the trial - they only become available once you upgrade to an annual subscription, as long as you do so before the expiry of the 24-hour trial window.

The trial pass does not automatically enroll you in an annual subscription and does not create recurring billing.

You can complete up to 2.0 CPE/CPD credits during the 24-hour trial period. To retain completed trial credits and download the related verifiable certificates of completion, you must activate an annual plan before the 24-hour trial expires. Until you activate an annual plan, trial-period credits are pending activation and are not issued or reportable as CPE/CPD credit.

Your trial access ends automatically 24 hours after it begins.

If you do not activate an annual plan before expiration:

• Any CPE/CPD credits earned during trial expire.
• No certificate of completion is issued or available for download.
• Trial credits cannot be reported as CPE/CPD credit.
• Any in-progress trial learning session and related pending-credit eligibility expire.

No. All purchases are final. See our refund policy included in our Admin Policies.

We may be required to charge sales tax, VAT, GST, and other taxes on your subscription in accordance with local laws and regulations. If applicable, the taxes will be added during the checkout process.

You can download a verifiable certificate of completion after you:

1. Have an active annual EverCPE.com plan with available learning tokens.
2. Complete the applicable learning and assessment requirements.

For a trial user, certificates become available only if an annual plan is activated before the 24-hour trial expires.
